4 stiudents from BBA class , 3 students from HRM class and 3 from Accounting class are to be seated in a row . How many sitting arrangements are possible when students of the same class must sit next to each other

My answer to your Question....
First 3 groups of people are to be seated in a row ....the ways are 3!=6
Next ...individual persons are to be seated I'm different positions they like but next to each other ....the ways are 4!×3!×3!=864
Now total seating possibilities are 864 × 6 = 5184
The answer may vary if you treat all the individuals as identical ..but it's not correct .
