Given BC 10 Cm

we know that all side of equilateral Triangle Is equal So AB= 10, AC= 10

now Ad perpendicular To BC

Than BC 10

BC= 10/2

BD = 5

Now using pythagoras theorem

AD^2= AB^2-BD^2

AD^2 = 10^2-5^2

AD^2= 100-25

AD^2=75

AD=√75

AD=25√5cm
