The metals used in daily life along with their uses are -
1. Iron - the use of iron can be seen in day-to-day life from utensils to machines and equipment used of different purpose are made from iron or steel.

2. Copper - copper's use can be seen majorly in electric wiring. Copper bottom utensils are used in home. 

3. Gold and Silver - they are used in ornaments and idols for worship.

4. Liquid mercury - it is used in making thermometer.

5. Zinc - it is used for galvanizing iron to stop it from rusting.

- Door Knob: The metal used in the door knob is bronze and the composition of the door knob is 90% copper and 10% Zinc.

- Scissors: The scissors are made up of Carbon Steel and the composition of scissors is 1% carbon and iron

- Utensils: These are usually made up of stainless steel it has 18% chromium in it and 8% nickel with 0.85% of carbon and almost more than 50% iron.

- Coins: They are made up of Copper-nickel alloy and this is made up of 25% nickel with 0.05-0.4% manganese  and copper

- Bicycle Frame: The frame is made up of aluminum alloy and the composition is 0.1 - 0.5% scandium and aluminum.
