(1) Terrace farming: construction of steps along the hilly areas by cutting the rock layers to

3)strip crop is a type of method in which small strips of crop and grass are placed so that soil erosion does not taken place.

4)shelter belt is planting trees between crops forming a belt like structure so that winds force get broken by trees and soil erosion doesnt take take.
