When we exclude oppo and the cheapest mobile we have 30 remaining types.

The average of the 30 is Rs 8880

The total cost is :

30 × 8880 = 266400

The total cost of the 32 types is :

9000(average cost if the 32) × 32 = 288000

The total cost of oppo and the other mobile phone :

288000 - 266400 = 21600

Let cost of oppo be x and that of lava be (1 - 0.70) x

x + 0.3x = 21600

1.3x = 21600

x = 16615.38
