Solution :-

\large \implies \sf \dfrac{ {(5)}^{ - 4} }{ {(5)}^{ - 6} }  \times  {(5)}^{3}

\large \implies \sf {(5)}^{( - 4) - ( - 6)}  \times  {(5)}^{3}

\large \implies \sf {(5)}^{2}  \times  {(5)}^{3}

\large \implies \sf {(5)}^{2 + 3}

\large \implies \sf {(5)}^{5}

\large \implies \sf25

Identity Used :-

 \large \implies \sf\dfrac{ {m}^{a} }{ {m}^{b} }  =  {m}^{a - b}

\large \implies \sf {m}^{a}  \times  {m}^{b}  =  {m}^{a + b}
