5x-10+3y=1

5x+3y=10....1eqn

3(x+1)+5(y-3)=1

3x+3+5y-15=1

3x+5y=12......2eqn

now multiple eqn1 by 3 and 2eqn by 5

15x+9y=30

15x+25y=60

now solve both equation

16y=30

y=15/8

15x=30-135/8

15x=240/8-135/8

x=105/120
