Which statements are true about the ordered pair (7, 19) and the system of equations?

{2x−y=−5 , x+3y=22
Select each correct answer.

a. The ordered pair (7, 19) is a solution to the first equation because it makes the first equation true.

b. The ordered pair (7, 19) is a solution to the second equation because it makes the second equation true.

c. The ordered pair (7, 19) is not a solution to the system because it makes at least one of the equations false.

d. The ordered pair (7, 19) is a solution to the system because it makes both equations true.

Heya mate,Here is ur answer

For this, Let us check if (7,19 ) is a solution of the equations

Equation 1

2x-y=-5

2×7-19=-5

14-19=-5

-5=-5

So, order pair is the solution for equation 1.

x+3y=22

7+3×19=22

7+57=22

64=22

But this is not justified.

Therefore option C is correct.

Hey mate.....

here's your answer.....

Let's put (7,19) in equation and find the correct option..

2 × 7 - 19

= 14 - 19

= -5

_____________

x + 3y = 22

7 + 3 × 19 = 22

7 + 57 = 22

64 not equal to 22

So option C is the correct option..

Hope it helps ⭐
