Endocrine glands regulate neural activity. E.g, neurosecretory cells (endocrine part) of hypothalamus helps it to regulate many functions like reproduction,  homeostasis, metabolism, eating etc.

Nervous system regulates endocrine glands E.g, hypothalamus controls the anterior pituitary to release or inhibit secretion of hormones which in turn controls other glands.
