Solution :

  \:  \:  \: \frac{5x + 3}{4 - 5}  =  \frac{2(x - 2)}{3}

 =  > 3(5x + 3) = (4 - 5)(2x - 4)

 =  > 15x + 9 = 8x - 16 - 10x + 20

 =  > 15x + 9 =  - 2x + 4

 =  >  15x - 2x = 4 +  9

 =  > 13x = 13

 =  > x =  \frac{13}{13}

 =  > x = 1.
