6 dices are thrown simultaneously .The sum of th numbers obtained from each of the dice gives the score corresponding to the throw .Find the total number of possible scores​

Let's say we have 6 dices. Then all of the outcomes for the dices Will cumulatively add up to the final result. To find out no of such results possible we've to consider all the six different outcomes for every previous six outcomes and have to continue till 6 dices.

Let's take for instance the values of first of the dices

It can have 6 outcomes, the six faces of dice.

For the second dice we can have another set of six outcomes. Now these six outcomes can match up with any of the 6 outcomes with previous six outcomes. That means previous each of previous six outcomes will be 6 outcomes each. Hence no of outcomes 6².

When three dices are associated for these, each 36 outcomes will be having 6 different outcomes. Thus 6³ outcomes.

Similarly we will have 6^6 outcomes for 6 dices.
