Side of square tile = 20cm = 0.2m

area \: of \: tile \:  = side^{2}

 = 0.2^{2}

 = 0.04m ^{2}

Length of room = 10m

Width of room = 4.5m

Area of room = Length × Width

= 10 × 4.5

= 45m.sq

number \: of \: tiles \: required \:  =  \frac{4.5}{0.04}

Cost of putting tiles at 1 sq.m. = 131.40

Cost of putting tiles at 45 sq.m. = 131.40 ×

45 = Rs. 5913
