car is travelling at 20 m/s. When the

Mass - 1000Kg

Force- 5000N

u = 20 m/s

v = 0 m/s

As we know, force = mass×acceleration

5000 = 1000 × a

a =  \frac{5000}{1000}  = 5ms {}^{ - 2}

As we know, (Here distance = s)

v² - u² = 2as

0² - 20² = 2 (-5)(s)

(Acceleration is taken -ve due to retardation)

-400 = -10s

s = 40m

\huge{\mathfrak{Distance-40m}}
