Hi ,

Let p( m ) = 6m³+4m²+7m-3

g(m) = 3m³+4

according to the problem given ,

p(x) - g(x)

= ( 6m³+4m²+7m-3)-( 3m³+4 )

= 6m³ + 4m² + 7m - 3 - 3m³ - 4

= ( 6 - 3 )m³ + 4m² + 7m - 4 - 3

= 3m³ + 4m² + 7m - 7

I hope this helps you.
