Hi ,

Let p(x) = 7 - 2x - 3x² ,

g(x) = 2x² - 5x - 3

According to the problem given ,

p(x) - g(x)

= ( 7 - 2x - 3x² ) - ( 2x² - 5x - 3 )

= 7 - 2x - 3x² - 2x² + 5x + 3

= -3x² - 2x² - 2x + 5x + 7 + 3

= - 5x² + 3x + 10

I hope this helps you.
