(6x+1)/3 + 1 = (x-3)/6

(6x+1+3)*6 = (x-3)*3

36x+24 = 3x-9

36x-3x = -24-9

33x = -33

x = -1

Find the value of x

\frac{6x+1}{3} +1 = \frac{x-3}{6} \\\frac{6x+1+3}{3} = \frac{x-3}{6} \\6(6x+4) = 3(x-3) \\2(6x+4) = x-3\\12x+8 = x-3\\12x-x = -3-8\\11x = -11\\x = -1

=> The value of x is -1.
