Factorization by splitting middle term.

6 {x}^{2} - 36 \\ \\ = 6 {x}^{2} + 0x - 36 \\ \\ = 6 {x}^{2} - 6x + 6x - 36 \\ \\ = 6x(x - 1) + 6(x - 1)

= (6x + 6)(x - 1) \\ \\ = 6(x + 1)(x - 1)

TPS: Splitting middle term- okay?
