Answer: mass-200g=0.2kg

Velocity=50cm/s=0.5m/s

Therefore ke=1/2*m*v^2

Therefore ke=1/2*0.2*(0.5m/s)^2

Therefore ke=1/2*2/10*5/10*5/10

Therefore ke=25/1000kg*m^2/s^2

Therefore ke=0.025kg*m^2/s^2

Or ke=0.025kg*m^2*s^-2
