x = (13 +/- 15)/14
x = 13+15/14 or 13-15/14
x = 28/14 or -2/14
x = 2 (or) x = -1/7

7x^2-13x-2=0
7x^2-14x+1x-2=0
7x(x-2)1(x-2)=0
(7x+1)(x-2)=0
x=-1/7 x=2
