8(3x - 2y) {}^{2} - 6x + 4y - 1 \\ \\ = 8(9 {x}^{2} + 4y {}^{2} - 12xy) - 6x + 4y - 1 \\ = 72x {}^{2} + 32y {}^{2} - 96xy - 6x + 4y - 1 \\ \\or \\ \\ \\ 8(3x - 2y) {}^{2} - 6x + 4y - 1 \\ \\ = 8(3x - 2y) {}^{2} - 2(3x - 2y )- 1 \\ = (3x - 2y)(24x - 16y - 2) - 1
