since its independence in 1930 Mexico volts election after every 6 years to elect its president of the country has never been under a military or dictators rule but still it cannot be called a democratic country give reason​

as in 1930 mexico gained freedom, elections were held after every 6 years.

but untill 2000 a party called PRI won the elections. the opposing parties never managed to win

the PRI is known to use many dirty tricks like shifting the voting booths from one place to anther at the last minute so that the people find it difficult to vote at the right time.
