Oxygen is limiting reagent in this reaction
No. Of moles of H2 are 44
No. Of moles of O2 are 5/2 ( 5 mole of oxygen O )
44H2 + 5/2O2 -------> 5H2O
Max. 5 mole of H2O are produced in this reaction because oxygen is limiting reagent
Mass of H2O formed is 18x5=90

Heya!

Here is yr answer.......

4 gms of H2 requires 32gms O2 to form 36gms of H2O

2H2 + 02 --------> 2H20

80gms of H2 requires 640gms of O2 .

But, the given O2 is in lesser than required quantity.Hence O2 is limiting reagent.

Here,

32 gms of O2 forms 36gms of H2O

So, 80gms of O2 forms 90gms of H2O

Hope it hlpz...
