Hi ,

Resolving 88 into prime factors , we get

88 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 11

= ( 2 × 2 × 2 ) × 11

The prime factor 11 does not appear

in a group of three.

So, 88 is not a perfect cube .

Hence , the smallest number by which it

is to be divided to make it

perfect cube is 11

I hope this helps you.
