Confidence is better than medicine because at a stage where medicine stops to show the effect of healing then only the faith and the confidence of the patient (human) left to save his life. Medicine does it's work but confidence to live, belief, is much more important to sustain in worst condition.

I accept that life is a  mix of losses and win because there is a law which applies to every living being in universe which means input and output are equal. What you give, that you gain. Quantity of loose is equal to the quantity of wins.
