Step-by-step explanation:

=>(a-b) ^2=(a+b)^2-4ab

=>(4)^2=(6)^2-4ab

=>16=36-4ab

=>16-36=-4ab

=>-20=-4ab

=>ab=-20/-4

=5

(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

=>(6)^2=a^2+b^2+2*5
