There would be no difference in the eggs as if it is a shelled raw egg.... Then water neither can enter nor leave the egg due the presence of the non permeable hard shell. If you the egg is boiled and the shelled still it won't make difference because the egg is cooked and then its contents have turned to solid......

both will not be affected because water can't pass through shell of raw egg and there is no effect of water on boiled egg it doesn't matter it is having shell or not .
if deshelled raw egg is put in water it will swell and burst.
