a 100 meters long rope is cut 2 part so that one part 2/5th of the total length. length of the two parts separately is ?

here's ur answer..

length of the rope is 100m.

it's cut into two parts and one of them is 2/5 of 100m.

therefore length of this part=100×2/5

=20×5

=40m

hence length of the other part=100-40

=60m
