Velocity = 36km/hr = 10m/sec

total distance travelled to cross the bridge = 200m +400m = 600m

speed = distance / time

time = distance / speed

        = 600m /10ms-1

        = 60 sec.

Velocity=10m/s after converting it by multiplying 36 by 5 and dividing my 18.
Then since speed equals distance by time. We divide the distance 200+400=600 by the speed that is 10 m/a to get the time!
600/10= 60 seconds= 1 minute!
