A 60 kg man climbs tenses of 20 cm each and 30 seconds calculate the work done and the power developed please answer this question

In this question, It is given that,
Mass of Man = 60 kg
Acceleration due to Gravity = 10 m/s^2
Height = (20/100) m = 0.2 m
Time = 30 s

=> Work = mgh
=> W = (60 x 10 x 0.2)
=> W = 120 Joules

Now,

Power = mgh/t
=> P = (60 x 10 x 0.2/30) Watt
=> P = (120/30) Watt
=> P = 4 Watt
