Ajay, Fertilizers are a chemical substances made in factories. It is a mixture of chemical substances,One example is NPK. The fertilizers are rich in only a particular nutrient.
Manure are Natural substances which comes from decomposition of plants waste and animal waste. Manure is less rich in nutrients.It improves the fertility of the soil.

Manure : 
1.) Manure is a natural substance obtained by the decomposition of cattle dung, human waste and plant residues. 
2.) Manure can be prepared in the fields. 
3.) Mqnure provides a lot of humus to the soil. 2
4.) Manure is relatively less rich in plant nutrients.
