Only option (4) is correct.

Because,

In option (1)

 \bold{ {a}^{2}  = a \times a}

has 2 integral factor {not 3}

In option(2)

a and b are prime factor

so ab =a× b has 2 integral factor.

In option (3)

 \bold{ {a}^{3}  =  \: a \times a \times a}

has 3 integral factor ( not 4)

In option (4)

 \bold{ {a}^{2}  {b}^{2} = a \times a \times b \times b } \\

has 4 integral factor
