here , consider the lcm 72,therfore total work is 72
a,b and c complete by 8 days.
a,b,and c 's1 days work is 72/8=9units.
b and c 's 1 day work is 72/12=6units.
now, a and b work 4 days ,so 4×9=36units.
then, remaining work is 72-36=36units.
now, b continuos for 2 days.
then ,remaining work is 36-(6×2)=24units
c's 1 day work is 6units
so, 24/6=4days
c can complete complete the work in 4 days(Ans)..
