hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

there are many identities in algebraic expressions and (a+b)² is one of them.

( a + b )² = a² + 2ab + b²

lemme give u some example...

→ solve ( 4 + 6 )² with proper identify.

we know that ( a + b )² = a² + 2ab + b²

here a = 4 and b = 6

therefore ( 4 + 6 )²

= 4² + 2 ( 4 × 6 ) + 6²

= 16 + 2 ( 24 ) + 36

= 16 + 48 + 36

= 100

→ second example is with variables..

solve ( 3x + 4y )²

( a + b )² = a² + 2ab + b²

a = 3x and b = 4y

= (3x)² + 2 ( 3x ) ( 4y ) + ( 4y )²

= 9x² + 24xy + 16y²

hope u understood...

and also helps u..!!
