→ Given Equations :

 <b> a - b = 3 ...............[1. ] </b>

 <b> a + b = 7 ...............[2. ] </b>

Solving equation [1.] and [2.] by  <b> Elimination Method. </b> ,

=> Add the two equations ,

→ a + a + b - b = 10

→ 2a = 10

•°•  <b><u> a = 5 </b> </u>

=> Put the value of a in Equation 1.

→ a - b = 3

→ 5 - b = 3

→ -b = 3 - 5

•°•  <b><u> b= 2 </u> </b>

a - b = 3

a + b = 7

Adding ,

2a = 10

a = 10/2

= a = 5

b = 2
