Answer with explanation:

Let total Profit earned = z

Profit earned by a, for investing in a business for 4 months =\frac{z}{8}

Profit earned by b, for investing in a business for 6 months =\frac{z}{3}

Profit earned by c, for investing in a business for 8 months =1-\frac{z}{8}-\frac{z}{3}=\frac{13 z}{24}

Ratio of profits of a, b and c

=\frac{z}{8}:\frac{z}{3}:\frac{13z}{24}\\\\3z: 8z: 13z

Investment by c=Rs 1560

→13 z=1560

z=\frac{1560}{13}=120

Investment by 'a'=120×3=Rs 360,and profit earned =\frac{120}{8}=Rs 15

Investment by 'b'=120×8=Rs 960,and profit earned =\frac{120}{3}=Rs 40

Investment by 'c'=120×13=Rs 1560,and profit earned =\frac{120\times 13}{24}=Rs 65

Answer:

A = Rs 720

B = Rs 1280

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say a contributed money   = Rs  A

Money used for 4 months = Rs 4A

Let say B contributed Money  = Rs B

Money used for 6 months = Rs 6B

C invested = Rs 1560

Money used for 8 month = 1560 * 8 = Rs 12480

Ratio of investment

4A : 6B : 12480

Let say Profit = P

4A = P/8  =>  A = P/32

6B = P/3 = > B  = P/18

C Profit = P - P/3 - P/8 =  (P/24) (24 - 8 - 3)   = 13P/24

13P/24 = 12480

=> P = 24 * 960

A investment = P/32 = 24 * 960/32 =  Rs 720

B investment = P/18 = 24 * 960 / 18 = Rs 1280
