\mathfrak{ANSWER}

Original number of marbles in the bag - 90

Number of marbles taken by John - 38

Now, the number of marbles left in the bag are - 90-38 = 52

Let number of marbles added by Amit = x

So, According to the question,

52 + x = 90 + 15

52 + x = 105

x = 105 - 52

x = 53

Hence, Amit had added 53 marbles

VERIFICATION

52 + 53 = 90 +15

105 = 105
