A bag has 4 red balls and 2 yellow bells. (The bells are indentical in all the respects other than colour).A ball is drawn from the bag without looking into the bag. What is the probability of getting a red balls?

probability=4/6=2/3=0.6777

or u can say there is 67.8% chance of getting a red ball

Event = getting a red ball

Favourable outcome = 4

P(E) = Favourable outcome / Total outcomes

=4 / 6

=2 / 3
