A Baker placed a pastry in bacillus less environment.what changes might have he observed after a day

as there is no bacillus so no bacteria such as bacillus ramosus , bacillus mycoidus , bacillus vulgaris will decompose it but the bacteria which is already present in the pastry can may ferment the pastry for sugar and will change it into alcohol
