Answer

projected velocity=striking velocity

Explanation

v=u+gt

(for upward motion,-g)

(time of flight=2u/g)

v=u-g(2u/g)

=u-2u

=-u

therefore projected velocity is equal to striking velocity( negative sign indicate opposite in direction)

Answer:

The time taken by the ball ito reach the maximum height is equal to the time taken by the ball in hitting the ground.

Since the ball covers equal distance in equal interval of time the velocity of the ball will remains same at every second.
