kotninishita123: But detailed answer is not there
kotninishita123: Just given acceleration = 0.25m/s² time= 1.17sec speed of the ball at the bottom of the track is 1m/see

Answer:

The acceleration is 0.25 m/s² , time taken is 4 sec and speed is 1 m/s.

Explanation:

Given that,

Distance = 2 m

Time t = 4 s

Initial velocity u = 0

(I). We need to calculate the acceleration

Using equation of motion

s= ut+\dfrac{1}{2}at^2

2 = 0+\dfrac{1}{2}\times a\times(4)^2

a = 0.25\ m/s^2

(II). Time taken is 4 sec.

(III). We need to calculate the speed

Using first equation of motion

v = u+at

v = 0+0.25\times4

v =1\ m/s

Hence, The acceleration is 0.25 m/s² , time taken is 4 sec and speed is 1 m/s.
