A beam of light passes from air into a substance X. If the angle of incidence is 60° and angle of refraction is 30°. Calculate the refractive index of substance X ?

so using formula, refractive index.(n)=sini/sinr

n=sin60/sin30=3/2/1/2=3

also there is no unit Because it has no unit... unit less
