Distance = 100 m.
Time = 5 sec.

Speed = Distance / Time
= 100 m / 5 sec = 20 m / s the answer.

Radius of circular path = 100m

Length of path = 2πr = 2×3.14×100 = 628 m

Time taken to travel = 5s

Speed = distance/ time = 628/5= 125.6 m/s

The speed of the biker is 125.6 m/s

(Note: Just for your information, this speed can never be achieved by a biker.)
