Average speed will be

=(10+6)/2
=16/2
=8 km/hr

Hope it helps. :)

Hallowshaw: Can you just explain me how u did that?
BadaSaGadha: The formula of average is > The sum of the moments happend / the number of the events, here the sum is 10 + 6 and it is 2 times, hence its 8
BadaSaGadha: In other words it is the sum divided by the count.
Hallowshaw: Thanks
BadaSaGadha: add up all the numbers, then divide by how many numbers there are
BadaSaGadha: Welcome :)
