Average speed = Total Dist/Total time

a= (v-u)/t = (80-30)/5= 50/5 = 10m/s²

v²-u² = 2as

6400-900 = 2×10×s

s = 5500/20 = 275m

Therefore,

Average speed = 275/5 = 55m/s

I think this is the answer..
