Need to submit a project as a final year assignment. For this purpose, I had gone through a survey on women. When I was on my tour, out of so many ladies working in company as a labour I choice one and here is my face to face conversation with that lady:

Me: hello, hope you doing well

Lady: hello, yes madam

Me: I am here for your interview, I have project so I have to write about your work, education and relationship status.

Lady: ok, no problem

Me: are you comfortable to answer me

Lady: yes, I am ok with your questions

Me: o that’s great, lets start our conversion, firstly tell me your name, age and education if any?

Lady: my name is sanskirat, my age is 35 years and I studied upto 10th class

Me: pretty good, you have really good education then why you’re working here as a labour

Lady: earlier I was working here as a labour but now owner promotes me to supervision post

Me: congrats

Lady: thank you

Me: it means you earn good now?

Lady: yes as compared to last salary, I am earning well

Me: are you married or not and how many members you have in your family?

Lady: yes, I am married and I have three children and a husband

Me: is your husband working or not?

Lady: yes, he’s working near our village

Me: and what about your children?

Lady: I have two daughters and one son and they all are studying and I want them to be educated like other educated people.

Me: nice, see I really like your confidence and constant smile on your face while answering us, hope your dreams come true, thank you so much

Lady: thank you madam

We can get more than this information about any candidate be it man or women just by having a glance of 2 minutes on her or his resume.

A study revealed that Uneducated, unmarried women have less ownership and access to mobile phones.

The research study presented that that gender gap of India’s mobile phone users gender gap is about 33 percent which is reported to be among the highest in the world, surpassing several countries with comparable incomes ranges, level of development as well as mobile phone price range.
