Total Calories consumed,

=> 4,400 + 3,600 = 8,000 kcal

Percent of calaries taken yesterday

=> 4,400/8000 x 100 = 55%

Percent of calaries taken today

=> 3,600/8000 x 100 = 45%

Therefore,

Decrease in percentage,

=> 55% - 45% = 10%

Hence, the percent decrease in number of calories consumed is 10%.
