A body freely falling from a certain height 'h' after striking a smooth floor rebounds and h rises to a height  \frac{h}{2} . What is the coefficient of resolution between the floor and the ground?

● Explaination-
# Given-
initial height h1 = h
final height h2 = h/2

# Solution-
Coefficient of restitution is given by,
e = √h2 / √h1
e = √(h/2) / √(h)
e = √(1/2)
e = 1/√2

Coefficient of restitution between the floor and the ground is 1/√2.
