A body has weight 50 kg on earth surface on which height it's weight remains 25 kg

prakhargupta3301: tell me if its weight or mass
prakhargupta3301: then only sol is possible. mass (kg) never changes universally

Weight (formerly)= F=ma⇒(50*10)= 500 N (taking g=10ms-2 for convenience)
Weight is 25 N finally
F=ma
25N=50kg.g₂               (let g₂ be final acceleration due to gravity)
25/50= g₂
1/2= g₂
0.5=g₂

g=GMm/R²       (M=m1 (mass of earth, m=m2(mass of object). G= Gravitational constant=6.674 × 10⁻¹¹ m³ kg⁻¹ s⁻²)

0.5=   {G ×6*10²⁴kg × 50kg } ÷ (R)²   (R we have to find)

R²=  G*6*10²⁴kg *50kg  ÷ 0.5 ms⁻²

R²=  G* 6* 10²⁶ kg²s²m⁻¹

R²6.674 × 10⁻¹¹ m³ kg⁻¹ s⁻² ×6* 10²⁶ kg²s²m⁻¹
R²= 40.044*10¹⁶
R=6.32*10⁶ metres
I know this is wrong but i took g=10 previously. check with 9.8

prakhargupta3301: if it was 25 newton thn it was possible
prakhargupta3301: but here it is 25kg. so for that we need g
prakhargupta3301: which is not given
kristein: ok it was 25 N
prakhargupta3301: comone really
prakhargupta3301: srsly
prakhargupta3301: now u tell me
prakhargupta3301: are u sure final weight is 25 Newton?
kristein: yes
prakhargupta3301: ok wait
