a body having an initial velocity of 3m/s is subjected to an acceleration of 5m/s after 5s . calculate it's final velocity

we know that,
a= v-u/t
so we put all given.
5=v-3/5. (v is not given)
so, v=25+3=28 m/s

Given data -

u = 3m/s
a = 5m/so
v = ?
t = 5s

Formula used -

v = u + at
v = 3 + 5×5
v = 3 + 25
v = 28m/s
