A body moves in uniform circular motion.
time period of body = T
we know, time period is the time taken to complete one revolution.
so, distance covered during time period = circumference of circular path
= 2πR
so, in half of time period, distance covered by body = 2πR/2 = πR
now, speed of body = distance/time taken
= πR/(T/2) = 2πR/T.
hence, speed of body doesn't change in uniform circular motion
